RADICAL DESIGN EXHIBITION
10/11 - 11/2 on view on the first and second floors of Commoungrounds outside of The Alluvion
TC Design Week in partnership with Alluvion Arts presents an exhibition of our regions most radical designers. From product design to sound design, from civic design to fashion design our mission is to bring attention to designers who are problem solving irl and making a difference.
Featuring Balecraft, PermaStudio, Northport Workshop, Kchi Wiikwedong Anishinaabe History Project, Valor Skincare, Chelsea Bay Design, Will Thomas, Yana Dee, Nykamping, Mint Culinary, Oddment Audio and Svenja Floral & Raquel Furman in collaboration.
Join us in celebration of Radical Design for the closing party and exhibition reception Saturday, OCT. 11 starting at 6pm. Featuring culinary design and special cocktails by NoBo Riverside, ask-a-designer with TC Community Design, granular synth demo, interactive displays and more. RADICAL Design awards show starts at 7:30 pm inside the Alluvion and culminates with a DJ Dance Party.

This traveling collection of artwork features over forty artists from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama and Peru. Curated by Jorge Iván Cevallos of Ecuador around the concept of Indigenous history and identity. The exhibition also includes several indigenous artists from the US and Michigan; Darryl Brown, Paul Sinclair, Janelle CourTurier Dahlberg, Scott Hill, Ronald J. Paquin, Paula McNamara & Clyde Hart.
