JUNE 2 SHIP YARD PERFORMERS:
Glunkty - Bellaire, MI
GLUNKTY is undefinable. From soaring, chest-thumping ballads to weightless, slow-drip love songs, we will take you inside of your own dreams, load you into one of those human cannons, and blast you back into the best day of your life. All of our music was written by generational talent Jacob O'leary, and brought to life by five courageous groovers who are trying their absolute best.
Sara Hartley and Samba D - Traverse City,MI
Traverse City/Northport, MI
Fronted by our delightfully talented vocalist Sara Hartley, Samba D performs an eclectic selection of music "for the discerning palette." We select songs popularized by a rich diversity of classic artists (ranging from Duke Ellington, Nancy Wilson, Quincy Jones, and Stevie Wonder to Michael Jackson, Sting, and The Stylistics) and play them with a light, rhythmic jazz vibe.
Our repertoire includes much original material that is crafted in the same style. As Dean Martin once sang, "Everybody loves somebody sometime", we are confident that you will love Samba D sometime, and hope that sometime is soon!
