Thriller Night:
This October, we're honoring the King of Pop! We'll learn choreography inspired by Michael Jackson's Thriller, playful, spooky fun movement set to one of the greatest songs ever made. Costumes are welcome, or come as you are; either way, you belong on the floor.
This class is about honoring music and art, moving your body, and celebrating life with a little bit of fun. No steps to overthink, no perfection required. Just dance first, think later.

Wellness Wednesdays is a monthly movement experience at The Alluvion: no dance background, no experience, and no pressure required. Each session blends a simple warm-up with guided freestyle movement, all set to music that gets people out of their heads and into their bodies. Group movement is scientifically linked to boosting mood and building real community connection, which is exactly what we're here to grow. Every month brings a different theme, but the heart of it stays the same: come as you are, move how you want, and leave a little lighter.

She’s dazzled in TV, film, and live gigs, bringing her signature energy to every move. With over 20 years of teaching dance and group fitness, she’s your go-to for game day routines, wedding choreography that wows, and barre classes that burn in the best way!
In 2023, Amelia twirled into her favorite role yet—becoming Phoebe’s mom! Now, she’s back in her home state of Michigan with her husband, Tom, and their two feisty Jack Russell Terriers. Ready to dance? Amelia’s got the moves, the beats, and an infectious vibe that’ll have you shimmying in no time! Let’s groove!
