LINDSAY LOU
Lindsay Lou is a siren songbird who made her way into the world of music with groups like The Flatbellys and The Sweet Water Warblers. Adopted by the jamgrass scene, frequently sitting in with bands like Greensky Bluegrass and writing and performing with Billy Strings, she has toured all the world with her sweet and powerful sound.
“I saw a literal manifestation of the sacred feminine, and had this profound sense that I was meant to embody it,” recalls celebrated singer-songwriter Lindsay Lou after journeying through a hallucinogenic ritual that would inform the way she processed waves of grief in the sea of change ahead of her. The loss of her grandmother, the end of her marriage and the turmoil of COVID lockdowns found the Nashville-based artist on a spiritual journey of self-knowledge and healing. On her new album Queen of Time, Lou explores that quest across ten tracks of tender, heartbreakingly beautiful music.
WILA FRANK
Wila Frank is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville. On her latest EP, ‘Agua Verde’ the young songwriter elicits poetry from the swirling depths of love and loss, enhanced by her striking approach as a producer and multi-instrumentalist. This comes just a year after the release of her mesmerizing debut album ‘Black Cloud’ deemed “Introspective and cinematic” by NPR Music All Songs Considered. While her debut struck at the jagged edges of alt-rock, ‘Agua Verde’ exhibits a more delicate side of Frank’s nature through acoustic guitars and lush strings illuminating the stark softness of her voice.
EMMA ROSE
Emma Rose is a bass player and songwriter currently residing on the Front Range. With roots in bluegrass and folk and branches in modern soul music, Emma writes songs with feelings of both. She also plays upright bass in bluegrass outfits.
