Searching for Humanity: An Artist Panel Discussion
Featuring M. Saffell Gardner, Rufus Snoddy, Lindy Bishop and Andrew Dost
Doors at 5:30 - Panel at 6:00 p.m.
This is a free event
This panel brings together four distinct voices — Gardner, Snoddy, Bishop and Dost —whose practices span continents, cultures, and disciplines, yet converge around a common purpose: to reflect and reimagine the human experience through art.
From Gardner’s spiritually-charged abstraction rooted in ancestral memory, to Snoddy’s view of art as a timeless visual language, to Bishop’s land-based practice bridging rural life and global exchange, to Dost’s multidisciplinary work in music, visual art, and social advocacy—each artist brings a unique lens to the human story.
Together, they explore how art becomes a vessel for hope, reflection, and connection in the ongoing search for humanity.
Moderated by Jessica Kooiman Parker, Alluvion Arts Curator.
